Head of L&D
Head of L&D job based in Warwickshire
Your new company
You will be working for a large and progressive company based in Warwickshire who are currently going through some exciting business changes and are looking for an experienced Head of L&D to come in and lead their L&D team.
Your new role
Working with the executive team you will be required to look at and review their current L&D processes and suggest ways to improve, setting in place a strategy and road map for them to move forward. Part of the process will be looking at how they introduce new products, developing staff, evaluating their leadership training,career review processes and managing their current L&D delivery team and project managers. You will also be required to act as a number two to the HR Director covering in their absence and supporting them as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working with commercial organisations where you have had to look at an organisation and suggest improvements and have put together new operating models and a road map for the next 12 months. Communication skills are key as you will be liaising with all areas of the business including the senior leadership teams and be reporting to the board on your findings, MBTI level 1 &2 is preferred as well as a CIPD qualification.
