* 40% travel across Europe*

A great opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to lead and be accountable for leading and innovating a sales and marketing division

This role will work closely with the Group Learning and Development functions as well as divisional leads. Our client does require an individual who is a L&D professional who can build, implement and deliver learning programmes.

Coverage:

Build the Learning academy offering - multi media learning interventions and support that can be accessed on demand

Build technical capability

Implement frameworks for each job grading

Oakleaf Partnership are looking for an L&D professional who is solutions focussed, able to build robust learning programmes and build capability in an organisation. We do require an individual who has worked within large organisations previously.
