My client is on the look out for a temporary HR / ER Advisor to join their HR team on a short 3 month FTC to support the regional HR Business Partner.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the below and understand that the role is on a short term contract to help manage workloads and support with ER cases.
- Strong Employment Law knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate good understand and management when dealing with complex ER Cases
- Experience conducting investigations & disciplinaries processes following best practise
- Managing paperwork and note taking
This role is focused on supporting ER cases within the organisation to help support the regional HR Business Partners workload. This role is ideal for an experienced temporary HR Professional who is immediately available to hit the ground running.
