Your new company
An exciting opportunity has come up in a well-established and reputable company within a private sector business in Cullompton. At present you will work remotely and after the lockdown has been lifted you will work on site 3dpw and from home 2dpw.
Your new role
You will report to the HRD and be a part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is a generalist HR role with Office management responsibilities. You will add value and use best practice to support the business. You will be a strong team player who is passionate providing excellent support. £28,000pa plus my client is happy to fund L3 or L5 CIPD.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a strong Generalist HR Advisor with excellent communication, administration and organisation skills. You will need to have a working knowledge of Employment Law. You will need either a min Level 3 CIPD qualification or at least 2 years' experience.
