Oakleaf are working with a Commerce client who is going through some exciting change. This is a Reward Partner role for initially 6 months to start asap! This role will be a project focused on the following:

* Managing the development of an updated job architecture
* Managing the implementation of a new job evaluation method across the company
* Benchmarking remuneration packages and developing proposals for individuals
* Work with the Reward Team to develop new pay ranges across the business, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment to our reward strategy
* Supporting the Transformation team to deliver the reward elements of a number of strategic change projects

The successful candidate will have

* An ability to design and implement reward frameworks and systems, developing high performance cultures and policies
* An ability to project manage and improve processes
* Knowledge of organisational design and job evaluation frameworks and benchmarking, e.g. Towers Watson, Mercer.
* Strong commercial, numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage commercial information and data
* Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
