A full time and permanent opportunity has arisen working for a well recognised Logistics and Distribution brand based in Wakefield working as their HR Administrator.

Client Details

Distribution and Logistics business based in Wakefield with a UK presence.

Description

This is a full HR support role working as part of an experienced HR team. You will work from home at present, but then be expected to be full time in the office.

You will report to the HR Manager and support with the full employee life cycle managing starters into the business and leavers. You will manage all inductions and onboarding, support with recruitment of new employees, issuing contracts and managing all HR paperwork around hiring and changing of terms etc.

You will support with absence, sickness and holidays ensuring that metrics are closely monitored. You will note take in HR meetings respecting full confidentiality. You will manage learning and development administration; booking people on training courses, booking venues and ensuring the budget it managed. You will be responsible for payroll support, handling pay and HR queries as and when they arise.

Profile

HR experience at administration level is essential

CIPD qualified is desirable

Local to Wakefield and able to be fully office based when possible.
