HRBP

Your new company
This busy and growing organisation which has a large head office based just south of central Birmingham are looking to bring in a HRBP for a minimum of 12 months. This role is pivotal within the organisation, it reports directly into the HR Director and will involve management of 1 HR Assistant. The head office for this organisation has grown quickly over the past few months and continues to grow and go through change even in these uncertain times.

Your new role
This role will focus on providing high quality professional services to everyone within the organisation, you will be supporting and developing the HR services, providing advice on employment practices, pay and employment issues. You will be expected to give advice on employment practices, pay and legal/best practice implications of all employment issues including disciplinary, probation, capability, sickness, absences and grievances. You will also be expected to lead on a change management programme and initiatives which revolves around restructures and redundancies. You will be responsible for the line management of one HR Assistant among other duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be success for this role you will need to be an already experienced HRBP who has covered all of the duties of the role, has previous line management experience and can commit to a 12 month assignment. It would be ideal if you had prior education sector experience also. The role will be due to start in summer 2021 so you must be available to start at the time period required.
