Talent Development Manager (12 month FTC)
Are you an established talent management and development professional with experience both designing and delivering programs? Then this could be the right role for you, as I have partnered with a global financial services firm seeking a person to lead the function for a 12 month FTC. The role will oversee multiple workstreams across the UK and Europe, working alongside a broader HR team.
Managing a day to day talent development offering across succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, cultural values and broader HR Projects this requires someone who enjoys delivery. You will both design and deliver on these programs, analyse effectiveness and look at ways to retain core talent in the new working normal of 2021.
This needs somebody to join ASAP, so no long notice periods can be considered. This will be a 12 month contract, work alongside global colleagues and a diverse HR team. You will need to work at speed, be adaptable and used to changing circumstances, with an ability to focus on delivery of various programs.
