Job Details

An exciting new Diversity and Inclusion role is available working for a niche Financial Services business. D&I is engrained into the DNA of this business so the successful candidate will be working in an environment that is truly welcoming and bought into the D&I agenda.

This is a senior role requiring an experienced D&I specialist that can both set the D&I strategy and also put this into operation themselves. This role will work closely with HR partners and senior level stakeholders but will be the sole specialist on the D&I side in the business so candidates must be happy to get their hands dirty. This is a pivotal role within the function touching every part of HR as D&I becomes truly embedded within the company culture and all people processes.

The role will focus on the internal population but will also touch on work done within other businesses that this company invests in. Thus an understanding of D&I from both a UK and wider global perspective will be a great advantage.

We are looking for D&I experts that can bring passion, drive and a wealth of knowledge into the role. Candidates will ideally bring a wealth of experience to the role and come from a HRBP background and then progressed into a D&I role or a pure D&I specialist with a Financial Services background. Candidates need both breadth and depth of experience to make this role a success. Additional complementary skills and experience are excellent academics, great stakeholder management skills, project management experience and innovative thinking.
