The Head of Talent Attraction is responsible and accountable for developing a Talent Attraction strategy in the UK and ensuring that the business is seen as an employer of choice in the competitive UK market.

Description

The position of Head of Talent Attraction will involve:

- Having overall responsibility for internal and external recruitment of all London-based employees

- Developing a strong employer value proposition in the UK market place

- Initial set-up of the new Centre of Excellence

- Recommending Talent Attraction strategies

- Developing in house recruitment and selection strategy to minimise reliance on external providers

- Developing the apprenticeship program in order to support the talent pipeline

- Taking responsibility for the D&I agenda

Profile

The ideal candidate for the position of Head of Talent Attraction will:

- Be an experienced senior TA professional

- Come from an FMCG background

- Have experience of developing EVP

- Be an exceptional communicator at all levels

- Thrive in a fast paced environment

- Have both a strategic and creative mindset

- Be a strong leader of people

- Be looking to step into their first "Head Of" role

Job Offer

£65,000 - £75,000 + comprehensive package
