This is a full time and permanent position for someone looking to join a recruitment team as their Recruitment Administrator.

Description
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business as the Recruitment Administrator/ Resourcer for the team.
Working alongside another Recruitment Administrator/ Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing for positions and sifting CVs ensuring suitability for positions. You will telephone screen candidates and ensure that they are suitable for the vacancies across the business which will predominantly be sales and field based labourers. You will have strong communications skills and be confident on the phone giving candidates a first class service.
You will be organised and able to update the system accordingly creating a talent pool of candidates for live roles and future roles. You will be able to work to pace and ensure that and shortlisting positions in a timely manner.
You will take candidates on a recruitment journey ensuring they are fed back at every stage of the process and giving a great brand image.
Profile
- confident to speak with candidates and pick up the phone
- organised and self sufficient in your own administration
- strong customer service skills and strong administration
- recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
Job Offer
permanent full time position working a blend of office based work with home working
salary of up to £23,000
33 days holiday allowance
