Reward Analyst
12 month FTC
Up to £42,000
My client, a large UK retailer is looking for a Reward Analyst to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Annual Pay Review Cycles
- Bonus Administration
- Benefit Administration
- Benchmarking & Evaluation
- Strategy & Project Support
The ideal individual will have the following experience:
- Past proven reward experience within a commercial organisation including salary surveys, salary and bonus reviews, and benefits administration
- Experience managing compensation related projects and initiatives
- Experience with analytics
