An International Consultancy business is in the market for a Technology Recruiter that specialises in recruiting into Scandinavia. My client is going through a period of growth and needs to add another headcount to support Denmark, Sweden, Norway and the UK markets.

You will be a hands-on operational recruiter from an in-house professional services organisation with a deep understanding of recruitment within Technology. It's a high touch, low volume environment where quality of service is key.
Typical roles will include Data Science, Product Designers, Project Engineers, Design Consultants and Developers.

Using a multi-dimensional approach including direct sourcing, the existing PSL and Headhunters you will identify the top talent in the industry to help shape the Tech team of the future.
You'll be a true talent advisor partnering with key stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment strategies.
It's also imperative you incorporate a well thought through D&I strategy in all active searches ensuring diverse pipelines of talent are provided for all roles.
