Temporary HR Advisor - Learning & Development

Your new company
You will be joining one of largest employers in Oxfordshire who have identified the temporary need for additional resource within their HR function. The agenda for the next 12-18 months is all about change/transformation as the organisation plan to recover from what has been a rocky 12 months for them financially, there are no planned redundancies, this is more about enhancing system capability, improving efficiencies and maximising commercial opportunity.

Your new role
You will be joining a small HR team to support them with the additional workload this will create for the HR function. An increase in ER case work is predicted, along with lots of L&D focused activities such as coaching and supporting managers on the new HRIS and its functionalities, supporting with recruitment activities and supporting with culture change projects across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you must be working in a HR Advisor level role with a proven track record of managing complex ER matters, interpreting policies, negotiating with unions and have a flair for L&D. You will be coaching and training managers on the HRIS side of things so its important you are comfortable in 'super user' territory and can inspire and train a wide range of stakeholders on technology.
