OD & HR Change Specialist

Are you an HR practitioner with experience in change management and organisational change projects? If so then my client, a global financial services business, are looking for someone to support the core activities of the Capability Lead in a global technology transformation project.

This will assist on major initiatives including the development of new role profiles, career frameworks, selection processes and the shift to a more agile workplace. Partnering with global teams you will support the change impact analysis, have experience in the redistribution of resources and broader work across the learning strategy.

The client is in the process of moving to an agile framework and transforming the technology business unit within, so experience working as part of a global team is critical. You will need to have experience in supporting significant organisational change and selection processes and execution of redeployment and redundancy outcomes. Ideally you will have worked in a financial services or technology business with exposure supporting IT teams.
