Henlee Resourcing is working exclusively with a leading 'brand' in Swindon, to recruit an experienced Operational HR Manager / Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This organisation has an extremely exciting future ahead! New ownership with significant investment, transformation, cultural change, exciting new projects… all driven by HR, in an environment where HR is valued and respected!

This hands-on role has a split focus; Assist in the roll out of the HR strategy and, be a 'true' business partner to the head office leadership team, whilst ensuring a 'best in class' operational HR service is provided to the organisation.

Supporting the Head of HR, you will be a trusted partner to stakeholders across Finance, IT, Procurement, Customer Services, and Marketing; driving capability, ensuring people plans are delivered, providing training and guidance etc... whilst, leading (and being a point of escalation to) a team of two HR Assistants, who provide HR/ER advice, policy writing, MI reporting, score-carding, and support on various other business-wide projects and communications.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required, as is the ability to 'get into the detail' and produce meaningful MI and statistical information to help aid business decisions. Advanced Excel skills are therefore highly desirable and, you must be able to quickly build strong, robust and collaborative relationships with people at all levels, possess strong Employment Law knowledge and, be comfortable in a fast-paced change environment.
