Oakleaf are working with a Global Professional Services organisation on a brand new Workday Reporting Manager to start asap. This will be an initial 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

* Contribute to the implementation and documentation of business processes for HR shared services, in direct relation with the Workday System
* Contribute to the implementation of new functionality in Workday
* Partner with technology teams to recommend changes to data structures, feeds and infrastructure
* Establish audits and data quality checks across Workday
* Support the team in requirements collection for new client requests
* Handle errors and troubleshoot reporting/analytics issues in Workday
* Ensure accuracy of employee status reports at a local & regional level
* Recommend improvement based on problems surfaced by inquiries from internal customers
* Own overall accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability (includes core systems and related integrations)
* Maintain data integrity in systems through proactive means (audits, queries, etc.)

The successful candidate will have

* Experience configuring and maintaining data, reports, and dashboards in Workday-based HRIS systems
* Exceptional customer focus and project management skills - able to interact and contract professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Demonstrates high attention to detail with innate need to investigate complex issues and thoroughly test solutions
* Provides thought leadership and domain expertise in the area of data quality and conversion support
