Client Details
A reputable and fast-paced Government organisation. The role is working remotely at the moment but their offices are located in Central London.
Description
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
* Providing advice and guidance on maternity, paternity, sickness absences, shared parental leave, flexible working requests etc
* Updating and advising on HR policies and procedures
* Managing the employee life-cycle
* Producing casework data and reports
* HR project work.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor must have:
* Relevant experience of managing the employee life-cycle
* Experience advising on a range of HR policies and procedures
* Strong HR systems experience
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Availability to start immediately.
