Excellent HR Manager job available in Manchester city centre paying up to £53k

Your new company
We have an exciting new opportunity to join a fast paced exciting brand in Manchester city centre as a HR Manager. The business are going through a period of growth and have plans to grow their workforce. Currently the business has approximately 100 staff and have a wide range of skills sets including head office functions and more niche based positions.


Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for leading the HR team which consists of a HR Advisor and a HR Administrator. The role will be the most senior position in HR for the organisation and will report into the FD so the business are looking for somebody who can work at all levels and will operate at strategic and operational level. In terms of the company they have excellent people values and are a really creative business always wanting to be the first in their industry to do things difference which is recognised by awards. You will be required to support in a full generalist capacity including ER, recruitment , engagement, L &D, reward, mental health and more value add initiatives. The business really value people and have some great initiatives throughout with a big focus on health & well being and making people happy. The foundations and plans are set out for the organisation however this role is all about how they improve and do things even better moving forward by coming up with even better forward thinking and creative ideas. The culture is very hard working and a high performing culture with a very successful feel.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for senior level HR Management level candidates for this position who have operated at a senior stakeholder level
CIPD qualified or part qual will be considered
The right candidate ideally will have a background in one of the following industries eccomerce, marketing/pr, technology/digital, media and will be a preference
