HR Advisor - Temporary
We are working with a well-established organisation looking for a HR Advisor on a temporary basis to work as part of the HR Team. This candidate will be based in the West Midlands and willing to travel as this role will include national coverage/over night stays in the South.
The successful candidate will be someone that loves being a generalist in HR, has commercial acumen, experience in a fast-moving, multi-site environment and is recognised as someone who can help in varying people related situations.
The role and responsibilities:
Manage the case management (disciplinaries, grievances and appeals) processes within the allocated business
Manage the event management (TUPE, re-organisations) processes within the allocated business
Co-ordinate recruitment within the allocated business
Implement 'best practice' policies
Have previous multi-site experience
Proven track record of delivering excellent HR customer service with pace
Commercially biased – is able to see where HR can add value to the business
Experienced in managing varied case work and ability to prioritise work load
Excellent IT/letter writing/communication skills
Has boundless enthusiasm, dynamism and a sense of humour
Able to work flexibly across a nationwide business, requiring some travel and overnight stays
CIPD qualified or working towards
