HR Change Programme Manager to support a significant organisational change and transition project.


We are looking to recruit an experienced Interim Change Programme Manager to support a Deputy Director of HR with a major organisational change programme involving transitioning an organisation of circa 6500 employees into 4/5 receiver organisations by October.

The HR Change Programme Manager will be required to support the Deputy Director with a wide variety of Change Programme Management activities with a focus of developing and leading a transitioning strategy.
Core elements will include :

  • Developing the change Management principals & framework
  • Matching / Process / T&Cs
  • Support for Leadership / Staff
  • Organisational change strategy / Design,
  • Resourcing & recruitment controls,
  • Employee engagement/communications and consultation planning.
  • Consultation process - redundancy/redeployment/transition (eg Tupe) / Appeals
  • Unions engagement
  • Programme Management - reporting, updates/progress, milestones
  • Multi stakeholder engagements cross organisations.

Candidates
Were seeking an experienced HR Change Programme Manager with established experience of large scale delivery of complex HR/People Change programmes including large scale consultation/TUPE/Transfers of employees.
You will need to have a experience of leading complex change programmes within large scale public sector eg Central Government, NHS, Government Agency, Local Authority or similar.
  • MCIPD/FCIPD or similar
  • Available to start in March / ASAP


There is potentially a fixed term contract or temporary assignment on day rate via Hays available at least for 6 months to 31st of Sept initially.
