Reporting to the Head of Reward, the Reward Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting in the maintenance, development and delivery of the Group Reward strategy. Working as part of a small dedicated reward team, you will support projects across a diverse group of companies in a fast paced environment, alongside annual cyclical reward activity.

Description

Working alongside other HR professionals, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of a complex Group reward strategy.

On a day to day you will carry out regular benchmarking of roles across the business, maintaining our reward framework and ensuring we have a compelling offer to attract talent. We are looking for someone looking to take a deeper dive into all things reward and remuneration analysis. Working alongside the Head of Reward you will support with projects, both at the Group reward level and working with our individual businesses, to craft recommendations for our Executive Management Group and our Remuneration Committee. Additionally you will also assist with annual reporting requirements including Gender Pay Gap reporting and CEO Pay Ratio reporting - and, looking ahead, Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting.

Profile

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have strong knowledge of specialisms, including pay and benchmarking, recognition and benefits, use of Hay Job Evaluation would be beneficial. You will be highly analytical and have the ability and confidence to use different systems, including using MS Excel to a high standard.
