Description
An Interim Leadership and Talent Manager candidate to:
- Work closely with the EDI Team, to push and implement EDI initiatives.
- Aligning current talent management more fully with leadership development interventions and diversity initiatives.
- Support the launch of Talent Frameworks.
- Develop training necessary to support managers with talent identification and development.
- Develop leadership development sessions.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand current and future leadership development needs and create a clear strategy that is inclusive and blended.
Profile
An Interim Leadership and Talent Manager candidate with:
- Experience working in a large matrix organisation.
- Experience of designing and delivering creative leadership development interventions and training solutions.
- Experience working with senior teams / stakeholders to identify and define development in teams and individuals.
- Higher Education experience is desirable.
