Seeking an interim Senior Training Lead (technical) for a leading telecomms company.
An exciting opportunity for someone to establish the technical training academy.
The person will initially have to conduct an analysis of the current training function and put together a business case to support the business growth anticipated
It is essential that you have a technical L&D background from a technical industry such as telecomms, construction, engineering etc
This role is remote with travel to home counties 1-2 days a week
