Page Personnel HR are working with one of the UK's largest provider of community-based social and home care services. The Resourcing Business Partner role will have regional recruitment responsibilities and involve people management. This is a fantastic role for someone with good knowledge of recruitment processes who is passionate about driving change and having the autonomy to develop their own into fruition. The role is based in Staffordshire.

Our client are a large and reputable company who have huge plans for growth. The newly created Resourcing Business Partner role will be based in Staffordshire.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Business Partner are managing a small team, liaising with senior stakeholders, managing targets, producing KPI reports, delivering training, performance management, implementing strategy and change, troubleshooting, and recruitment. The role is based in Staffordshire.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A strong understanding of high volume recruitment processes
  • Background in agency, RPO, internal recruitment beneficial not essential
  • Previous line management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships up to Director level
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Computer literate with MS Office and ATS
  • Operationally savvy with a passion to drive change and improvement
