People & Culture Manager

Badenoch and Clark have been engaged to source a People & Culture Manager for a housing client based in Kent on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role you will need to have be able to lead, develop and manage people initiatives which drive and embed sustained culture change.
This is a newly created role and you will need to have the ability to work both strategically and operationally across the business to promote HR best practise.
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. You will also need to be progressive in your thinking and bold and brave in your attitude.
You will be resilient and have a solution focused outlook to identify barriers and then be able to collaborate to implement solutions.
You will be capable of inspiring a shared vision to take the cultural agenda forward, creating the strategy and having impact and influence across the organisation as well as having a proven track record of delivering a forward thinking culture and engagement service.
To be successful you will need:-
*Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
*Blended role of operational and strategic people related experience
*Influencing decision making
*Leading or supporting culture and/ or change programmes
*Managing cross functional projects and teams
*Modern ways of working and continuous improvement
*People management and development
*Writing reports for senior audiences
*Leading projects and working to tight deadlines
