Job Details
Maternity cover reporting into Head of Reward.
This role will provide BAU comp/bens support along with some key projects such as salary benchmarking, supporting a systems implementation and annual salary reviews.

Description
Technical Skills
- Experience of working in a Reward Team and delivering projects in a dynamic fast paced environment, managing a range of priorities and deadlines.
- Experience of supporting both benefit and compensation projects including annual pay review cycle
- Experience of providing and presenting advanced analytical data and support
- Highly organised, high attention to detail, accurate and meticulous
- Very strong ability with Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, pivot tables, 'IF' statements
Profile
Strong analyst with great comms.
This role will involve presenting and communication with the business so a strong customer service orientation is key.
