HR Business Partner

We need an HR Business Partner who thrives in an fmcg, manufacturing environment – preferably food sector for our market leading client!

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be a credible and proactive member of the Site Leadership Team responsible for delivering the HR plan for the site- within budget!

You will:

• Have a passion for HR excellence, fully demonstrated by a proven track record in a large, unionised fmcg organisation.
• Have a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies.
• Demonstrate sound commercial and financial acumen and an understanding of the importance of data.
• Have the energy and expertise to lead and drive HR plans within the site achieving excellent employee relations and employee engagement.
• Be a true leader able to encourage a high level of teamwork by the HR team with other teams across the business.
