Talent & Development HR Business Partner

Annapurna Recruitment are working with an Investment Management firm on a hybrid Talent Development and HR Business Partner role.

The role supports a growing business and will look at their wider Talent and Development offering, designing and implementing the strategy around leadership and management development, whilst also supporting key stakeholders on HR Advisory matters and wider generalist projects.

This is an exciting role where there is plenty of opportunity to help with the growth of the people function in tandem with supporting the wider business growth.

It's a hybrid role, predominantly focusing on Talent and Development and leading in this space as well as providing the opportunity to partner the business on more generalist advisory matters when required.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Talent, Learning and Leadership Development, ideally from financial/professional services and within an environment where you have been able to introduce innovative and 'best-in-class' programmes.
  • Coaching experience highly desirable.
  • Hybrid HR generalist experience, having acted as a business partner/ generalist previously or with some desire to learn this as part of your next role.
  • An ability to work closely with stakeholders effectively, with excellent communication skills.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck into the detail as well as lead on high-level strategy planning.
