You will be responsible for:
- Providing insight to improvement to the business
- Providing HR leadership to senior leaders and the wider teams
- Coaching and developing leaders at all levels
- Managing all HR activities. including recruitment, resourcing, absence, performance, and employee relations together with specialist HR teams to deliver the people plan and its strategy
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within a unionised, matrix organisation
- Strong stakeholder management
- Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with different teams and business units
