HR Support Assistant
We are pleased to be supporting this large government funded organisation to recruit a temporary HR Support Assistant. The role has come about as a result of an internal secondment - showing this organisations commitment to developing their staff.
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers alike. Responding to enquiries by phone or email, you will give advice on things like applying for maternity leave, accessing benefits etc. You will also provide support to HRBPs and HR Officers by overseeing the transactional elements of HR such as updating employee records and processing changes to terms such as shift changes or promotions.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant / Administrator who has a strong eye for detail and is able to engage with people at all levels. This is a busy but rewarding role and an excellent opportunity to join this organisation. This is a temporary post for upto 6 months.
