Ashley Kate HR are looking to recruit an experienced L&D Advisor to help support on a project on an initial 3-month fixed term contract.

The company are based in High Wycombe, but this role will be purely home based.

About the role –

My client is looking for an experienced candidate who can support day-to-day operational requests and someone who will provide additional support with L&OD initiatives. The advisor will also support design and delivery of learning initiatives.
You will also support with induction/onboarding, help manage the booking process for learning-related activities and maintain our learning records on both the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS).

Experience -
You will need to have previous L&D experience at Advisory level, excellent attention to detail, great customer service skills, and be single minded about keeping accurate, up to date learning records.
