Oakleaf are partnering with an internationally recogised management consultancy- a leader of strategy and acquisitions and organisational design, to assist with the coordination of recruitment of senior hires, through to Associate Partner level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gain a strong understanding of recruiting systems, including local and global processes
  • Support the applicant tracking process, and provide weekly reporting of pipeline to key stakeholders
  • Support the coordination of interview logistics
    • Facilitate smooth-running of interviews
  • Attend recruiting events and interview days with teammates as needed
  • Organise and support regular recruiting meetings
  • Manage inboxes, ensuring efficient turnaround on all candidate interactions and requests
  • Work collaboratively with the other recruiting channels
  • Support project work on an ad-hoc basis

To be considered, you will ideally:

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - friendly, professional and discrete
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Be proactive, confident, motivated and enthusiastic showing a real interest in recrutiing
  • Be prepared to take increasing levels of responsibility and show initiative
  • Be degree qualified or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
