HR Business Partner, 6 Month Contract, Public Sector Client

This role is working with one of Swindon's most reputable employers. Initially this will be a remote working role, which your IT equipment will be provided, once restrictions are lifted you will be expected to be in the office at least once a week, which the office is based in Swindon.
Your new role
This is an initial 6-month temporary position to cover maternity leave. You will be required to work 37 hours a week, full time equivalent salary is £39,748.
This is a role is partnering with the head of operations, which the customer service, administration and governance all sit under. You will be dealing with day-to-day ER Cases, general HR queries and supporting with a department restructure. This is a high workload role which requires someone to have excellent organisation skills, stakeholder management experience and the ability to 'push back'. You will be responsible to provide trusted one to one guidance to stakeholders on HR matters as well as being an active member of the HR Business Partnering leadership team, acting as a leader of the HR function as well as an HR leader within your aligned group .
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally have working experience within a HR Business Partner position within a public sector organisation
- Ability to analyse key people metrics and use data to influence business leaders' decisions
- Senior relationship management with experience coaching or developing leaders
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
