L&D Specialist needed for a 3 month interim role working with an organisation based in High Wycombe
Our client based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced L&D professional who can support day-to-day operational requests and will provide additional support with L&OD initiatives. The advisor will also support design and delivery of learning initiatives. You will also support with induction/on-boarding, help manage the booking process for learning-related activities and maintain our learning records on both the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
You will need to have previous L&D experience at Advisory level, excellent attention to detail, great customer service skills, and be single minded about keeping accurate, up to date learning records. If you have used Cascade in the past or Video Arts then that will be an added advantage. You also need to be free to start work by the last week or March, interviews are set to take place from the 22nd March onwards.
