HR Manager – this is a great opportunity to join an award-winning company based in Paignton. Our client is entering an exciting period of expansion and the role of HR Manager is a brand new role for the business. As HR Manager you will be manage a small team and support the Group HR Manager as well as providing a wide range of generalist HR duties. You will be responsible for establishling and maintaining influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, overseeing employee relations and carrying out disciplinary/grievance processes as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner role and is ready for a new challenge within a fast-paced organisation.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Group HR Manager and provide HR support on all aspects of HR to the business
- Oversee complex employee relations issues as well as disciplinary/grievance processes as needed
- Establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, ensuring an excellent quality and coverage of HR support at all times
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 year’s HR experience in a HR generalist role
- CIPD qualified to level 5
- Experience of recruiting at all levels of an organisation
- Strong ER knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Being a team player is essential, along with the ability to be discreet, professional and reliable
- The right person will need to be competent and confident with IT and have strong MS Office skills
