HR Team Leader
Working from home and also in the office in Leeds city centre, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR Administrators for a busy fast paced centralised HR function.
This is a full time role working both within the office and from home managing a team of around 10 HR Administrators on a daily basis. You will be responsible for their performance, development and day to day operational activity. You will be responsible for their absence, sickness, appraisals and success. You will have a solid HR background and sound knowledge of employment law to be comfortable ensuring the team work to their potential, but also in line with process and in line with legislation.
You will be comfortable with handling any HR queries that have been escalated and ensure that your advice is line with legislation and process. You will contribute to refining policy and process within the organisation and ensure that HR data is kept accurate and up to date.
This role is best suited to someone with experience managing people.
You will have a HR background and understand HR processes/ policies
You will understand the full employee life cycle and be able to manage your team to support the full cycle
You will have a sound employment law knowledge
Permanent full time role working both from home and in the office in Leeds city centre
Salary of up to £35,000
