Description
This is a full time Recruitment Business Partner role working for a leading retail brand based on site in their Barton offices. You will report to the Head of Recruitment and work with key stakeholders across the business understanding their needs and recruitment requirements.
You will manage volume recruitment predominantly retail vacancies and manage the full process from start to finish; advertising roles, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, offering and onboarding.
Your region will be managing the south and will involve regular travel to the Southern region meeting stakeholders, interviewing candidates and filling roles.

- Recruitment experience- agency or internal
- Volume recruitment experience is essential
- Essential to be based full time 5 days a week in Barton
- Flexible to cover the south
