Job Details
A great opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to lead and be accountable for leading and innovating a sales and marketing division.
This role will work closely with the Group Learning and Development functions as well as divisional leads. Our client does require an individual who is a L&D professional who can build, implement and build competency frameworks.
Coverage:
- Build the Learning academy offering - multimedia learning interventions and support that can be accessed on demand
- Build technical capability
- Implement frameworks for each job grading
Oakleaf Partnership are looking for an L&D professional who is solutions focussed, able to build robust learning programmes and build capability in an organisation. We do require an individual who has worked within large organisations previously.
