Reward & HR Ops Specialist
HR, Payroll & Reward Analyst - £45-55K - 12 month FTC - Financial Services
My client is a leading financial services business who has maintained a strong foot hold in its market and continued to prosper over the last 12 months.
Due to a maternity cover, they are in pursuit of a HR, Payroll & Reward Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -
- be proficient on UK payroll and have managed an outsourced vendor model
- have worked within a HR function as an extension of HR operations
- have been involved in data analytics reporting and head count reporting
- have an eye for detail and pro-active attitude
- hold a solution orientated mindset and enjoy working in a collaborative, small team
- be confident on excel and working from spreadsheets
- exposure to ADP will be highly regarded, but not essential
