No two days will be the same in this role, responsible for identifying and coordinating top talent for a fast paced fin-tech, the HR Graduate plays a pivotal role in representing the firm across various campus and careers events in the hope of securing top talent within the industry.

Description

Forming a part of the wider HR, Talent and Recruitment function, the HR graduate is responsible for coordinating the campus recruitment programme from start to finish which involves attending careers fairs and events, coordinating and running assessment centre days, interviewing candidates & on-boarding and inducting new hires. The HR Graduate also acts as a point of contact for any graduates who are hired across the business.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be degree educated or equivalent and hold a degree in HR or something similar with a keen interest in working in Talent or HR.

The ideal candidate will have some form of HR or Talent internship on their CV or some relevant office based administrative experience ideally gained from the financial services or technology industry.
