An opportunity has arisen to join an Education provider in the county who are looking for a HR Manager on a temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of HR operations including employee relations matters, recruitment activities and updating policies and guidelines.You will work in a small team and will act as supervisor/mentor to one member of staff within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within Education is essential to be considered for this role. Its a short term assignment and therefore our client is looking for a HR manager with education experience which ensure's you will have a solid understanding of safer recruitment, safeguarding, working with young children and policies and processes within Education. CIPD of level 5 or 7 is a qualification requirement for this role.
