We are currently working with a great company based in East Oxfordshire who are looking to grow their team and hire a HR Administrator. This is a full time permanent role with a mixture of both office and home based working.
Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day function of the HR department across multiple locations. You will be creating contracts of employments and other written communications. You will support the full employee life cycle, including reference checks, candidate screening, holiday queries and supporting exit interviews.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked at a similar level either within or supporting a HR team. You will be ambitious, organised and have a great attention to detail, Good Administrative skills are essential in this role.
