Reward Change Consultant
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global Financial Services organisation who have an opportunity for a Reward Change Consultant to join their team in London.
As an Internal Reward Change Consultant, you will be working with teams across the business in a collaborative role to support the Compensation and Benefits function as it adapts it's shape, strategy and technology.
- Work across the existing Compensation and Benefits Team, including compensation, benefits, payroll, mobility, and regulatory governance assisting with strategic projects and management of business change
- Identify and deliver process improvements, working with teams to understand the processes and context and identify areas where efficiencies can be improved through process re-engineering
- Focus on reward aspects of inorganic growth, Mergers & Acquisitions, co-ordinating with relevant business aligned compensation managers and HR Business Partners
- Facilitate collaborative meetings to agree project deadlines and timely implementation of changes
We are looking for an experienced Reward professional who has a good understanding of compensation and benefits, project, and change management experience.
Experience working with Prince 2 or qualification would be preferred.
