HR Pay & Reward Manager
Ashley Kate HR are currently working with a fantastic organisation to recruit for a HR Pay & Reward Manager for an Education provider based in Southend on Sea to manage a brand new project.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for leading and implementing a new pay strategy and structure across the organisation. You will be responsible for harmonising numerous employee terms and conditions across the business and implementing a clear and transparent rewards package across the organisation.
You will work alongside senior leaderships and recognised trade unions to ensure pay structures, strategy and relevant polices are effectively implemented. You will be able to develop and implement a flexible reward scheme an ensure that proposals are compliant with legal and statutory obligations.
Other responsibilities will include negotiating with unions, researching trends for pay structures and reward schemes and taking a lead on staff surveys relating to pay and reward and analysing findings.
Experience of designing and implementing pay structures and reward schemes within a large complex organisation is a must as is experience of operating at a senior level.

The role offers of a salary of £40,000 plus excellent benefits such as pension contribution of 16% and 30 days holiday. It will initially be home based however travel is required across their sites.
