I have partnered with a Global Asset Management in their search for a forward thinking and determined HR Administrator. This role provides a front-line support to the business and employees across Europe. The successful candidate will need to handle complex and fast paced workloads across multiple employing entities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end onboarding including, contracts, new starter processes, pre-employment screening & issuing probation confirmations
- Managing and preparing all HR invoices
- Maintain personal files ensuring all information is complete
- Work with the wider HR department on general HR Administration tasks
- Responsible for collating monthly payroll documentation
- Ensuring all details within the HRIS system are correct at all times
- Respond to requests for mortgage references & employment references within 48 hours
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience within administration
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint
