Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading healthcare organisation who are looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team.
As a Senior Reward Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Developing the reward function including building out the job evaluation, salary frameworks and benchmarking strategies
* Leading on the financial year end
* Taking ownership of the share plan management, including designing, developing and communication of share plans within the business
* Managing the company reports including gender pay
We are looking for a reward professional with a strong background in compensation and share plan management.
