Senior HR Coordinator / HR Advisor, Temporary On Going Role, Up to £27,000 per annum FTE
Working from home, travel to Chippenham once restrictions are lifted

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for updating HR materials and internal website/share drives as required to include policies, procedures, forms, letter templates
  • Assisting various teams in HR Department, from Recruitment to ER Casework and Learning Development on tasks such as organising interviews, taking minutes in disciplinaries and creating employee training handbooks
  • Work alongside HR administrator to ensure all tasks delegated from the HR Management team, ensure that all deadlines are high, and tasks are completed to a high level
  • Acting as the first point of contact into the HR department and responding to queries where appropriate
  • Maintenance and monitoring of the HR inbox and SharePoint
  • Assist the HR department in the on-going management of attendance cases, including the maintenance and management of the case recording database
  • Providing management information as directed and identifying trends and issues to the relevant HR Manager
  • Coordination of resources whilst supporting ad hoc HR Projects
  • Receive and action HR approvals and information requests, including secondary employment, leave, freedom of information requests, etc

Experience Required

  • Demonstrable experience of providing initial advice and guidance to managers and / or staff on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures Demonstrable experience of developing, maintaining, and monitoring HR related management information
  • CIPD Level 3 Essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
