ER Team Leader job based in Coventry
Your new company
You will be working for a large and successful retail business who are currently going through a number of changes and are looking for someone to lead their busy Retail team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of 5 people all responsible for ER cases managing between 35 -40 at any one time. You will also be responsible for dealing with the more high profile cases. The team will need support in growing and developing their knowledge
What you'll need to succeed
You will be currently managing a small team and be looking for the opportunity to work for a large high profile client.
