Your new role
As an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead a variety of hiring across the UK and Europe for roles including hiring a variety of roles across technical functions such as SDN, Product, NetOps, Engineering, Security, Architecture etc. You will engage with hiring managers, source and engage passive candidates as well as manage interviews.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience of inhouse talent acquisition gained in a telco or software business where you will have managed both UK and EMEA hiring. You will be adept in hiring a variety of roles across technical functions such as SDN,Product, NetOps, Engineering, Security, Architecture etc. and be able to demonstrate how you have directly sourced and built talent pipelines for these roles. You must be able to start a new role immediately and commit to a 6 month contract.
